Thanks to this young dancer's mom for this behind-the-scenes snapshot, as her daughter is the first dancer to be photographed by my Hasselblad in Nicaragua for 2020. On that afternoon we drove to their city for a session, and made the time to find a location as well. We asked a kind landowner for permission to use his family's land, and he granted it to us without question. We were met with a few workers, who then led us to this small spot on horses. While I was worried about the distance and time, it all ended well!
